As an entrepreneur or small business owner, you may tend to just keep plugging away, working through it, getting things done, and keeping your nose to the grindstone, but in the long term, that will create burnout, more frustration and long-term, it will result in you not producing your best work.<\/p>\n

This phenomenon creates the old snowball effect, you keep working and plugging away no\"\"<\/a>t feeling focused but tired and uncreative, which makes you more tired and unhappy about what you\u2019re doing and how you\u2019re feeling, which creates more feelings of being tired and frustrated, which just continues to grow\u2026until you do something different. Like take a break and refresh, renew your passion and optimism and love of what you do.<\/p>\n

Everything will come easier once you relax, refresh and refocus.<\/p>\n
