\"\"<\/a>Having grown up on a 75 acre farm, nobody ever talked about working right. \u00a0Everybody talked about working hard. As you can imagine, we worked hard on the farm. We got up early, and with 75 acres there are a lot of things that have to be done \u2013 most if it having to do with chickens, pigs, cows, and horses, gardens and fields. Growing up on a farm, was a great way to grow up, it was a great life, and a lot of fun.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the thing, working hard doesn\u2019t always get you where you want to go. The other thing we all is hear is that you have to work smart.<\/p>\n

What does that even mean, to work smart?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not about working smart and it\u2019s not about working hard. It\u2019s about working right – doing the right things at the right times. It\u2019s about having the right marketing processes and the right systems in your business.\u00a0 Working right, doesn\u2019t mean you\u2019re not going to work hard sometimes. We all work hard sometimes\u2026we\u2019re business owners and entrepreneurs, so it just comes as part of the territory\u2026as part of the deal.<\/p>\n

If you love what you do, it\u2019s not really work right? But you still want to work right.<\/p>\n

Do the right things at the right times and the sky is the limit for you and your business.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>You\u2019re running your own business, you\u2019re not an employee, you\u2019re running your own business. And when you think about it from that perspective, if you\u2019re working right, and all of your employees, your vendors, your team members, or whoever you have, are working right, then productivity is going to go way, way up. This means more profits, more money, more free time, and more contribution\u2026all the reasons you went into business for yourself in the first place.<\/p>\n
