It\u2019s the relationship, the connection you have with the people on your list.<\/p>\n

Ask yourself, are the people on your list connected to you (not necessarily you the person, but you as a business owner)?<\/p>\n

Is there a person in your company your clients can call and talk to if they have a question or a problem?<\/p>\n

Do you have an email address that gets answered in a timely manner when people send you mail?<\/p>\n

All of these things become so important in your business because when you have a relationship with your clients and they feel like they have a connection with you and your business, then they feel like you care about them.<\/p>\n

There are a lot of ways to show clients you care about them and their business, and when you do you create an amazing connection with people, whether it\u2019s 100 people or 10,000 people.<\/p>\n

You show your clients that you care about them by doing the things you do in your business like putting out new products and having great programs with money-back guarantees.\u00a0 You also show you care by the little things you do like making sure you\u2019re available to your clients when they have questions or problems, and offer answers and solutions willingly and quickly.<\/p>\n

Now, is that marketing?\u00a0 Yes, it\u2019s marketing, but not the typical type of marketing you might typically think about as a business owner.<\/p>\n

So, take a look at your list and really think about how many people on your list you really have a relationship with, and what kind of relationship you\u2019ve created with them.\u00a0 Then, go out and do some things to build that relationship and your connection with your list.<\/p>\n

Do some surveys, some teleseminars, and some things where you aren\u2019t pitching or selling, but instead just building that relationship.\u00a0 If you do this, if you build that relationship with the people on your list your business will soar and your income will skyrocket.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
