Have you ever been just so frustrated with your business and in your business that you\u2019ve said something like this \u2013 \u201cThat\u2019s it!\u00a0 I\u2019m finished!\u00a0 It\u2019s not worth all of this!\u00a0 I\u2019m just going to work at Starbucks!\u201d Or something like that\u2026<\/p>\n

Not many people are willing to talk about this, but most business owners, if they\u2019re being honest, will tell you they have said this, or something similar, at one time or another.\u00a0 Now, are they serious?\u00a0 Are they really going to work at Starbucks?\u00a0 Probably not, but they are seriously that frustrated.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s okay to be that frustrated.\u00a0 Be frustrated.\u00a0 Everyone is going to have times in their business when it\u2019s not fun.\u00a0 Sometimes it\u2019s a challenge to go sit in your office, talk to coaching clients, or deal with customers, prospects and team members.<\/p>\n

The question becomes, do you do it?<\/p>\n

When you enter your office to work on your business are you really present, or are you somewhere else being frustrated?\u00a0 Your business is going to get frustrating at times, but do you give up or do you continue to do the work and work through it?<\/p>\n

There is a quote that says, \u201cProfessionals get paid because they do the work.\u201d<\/p>\n

So, do you do the work?<\/p>\n

You\u2019re going to get frustrated, and it will probably happen more than once in your business life.\u00a0 You\u2019re going to have a day or a week when you think, \u201cWhy is this so hard, or is this all there is?\u201d\u00a0 Anyone who tells you owning your own business is all roses and sunshine isn\u2019t telling you the truth.<\/p>\n

Sometimes business is frustrating.\u00a0 There will be times when you\u2019ll wonder whether or not you\u2019re cut out for this or if you should be doing something else, and that\u2019s okay.\u00a0 During those times you just need to breathe a little, relax, and remember why you started your business in the first place.\u00a0 The fun, vision, purpose, and self-confidence will all come back.<\/p>\n

One way that it all comes back is if you have a good coach.\u00a0 You need to have somebody you can call or email during those times of frustration\u2026 somebody who will lift you up during those periods, and help the rough days go by a little faster.<\/p>\n

A coach or a mentor is the person who can help you through the times when you\u2019re frustrated and just not sure about your business anymore.\u00a0 Everyone needs a person like this in their business.\u00a0 So, if you don\u2019t have a coach or a mentor in your business to help you through your difficult times or periods of frustration you need to get one!<\/p>\n

And, remember, frustration happens to all of us. The good news is, like all things in life, it\u2019s temporary!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
