You are, you just don\u2019t always think you are\u2026you don\u2019t always recognize it or give yourself enough credit for what you know, what you\u2019ve done, and how much you have accomplished.<\/p>\n<p>I often say, you only have to be 10 minutes ahead of where the person you\u2019re talking to is in order to help them. You never know when the one thing you say will be the exact thing that person needed to hear.\u00a0 You could be somebody\u2019s hero and not even know it.<\/p>\n<p>What I&#8217;m really saying here is your knowledge and how you express it and package it matters.
