As you probably know by now, last week was another \u201cImplementation Coaching Event\u2122<\/a><\/span>,\u201d<\/em><\/strong> here in Atlanta and my long time coaching client, and friend, Karolyn Blume was awarded the Implementer of the Quarter award for all the amazing things she completed in the last 100 days.

Karolyn has written an amazing book that is going to help so many people. It\u2019s called \u201cEat The Elephant: Overcoming Overwhelm\u201d<\/em> and if you have ever felt overwhelmed (and who hasn\u2019t) and need a great resource for overcoming it in a fun, practical and useful way, then I\u2019d recommend you read this book<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Writing a book is a lot of work and requires a great deal of discipline and commitment.\u00a0 It also takes a lot of implementation\u2026or the book never gets fully written and published, which means it never helps anyone.<\/p>\n

In some respects, writing a book isn\u2019t about how many books you sell. It becomes about what the book does for you in other ways.\u00a0 Although many people don\u2019t like this statement, a book is really a big business card.\u00a0 Writing a book, becoming an author, is really about the bigger picture.<\/p>\n

In other words, a book opens other doors for you. If you launch your book (also known as market your book) correctly, it will get you on podcasts, teleseminars, webinars, speaking opportunities, and a host of other things.<\/p>\n

You can repurpose the content in your book and use it for articles, courses, interviews, talks and so many other things.<\/p>\n

Writing a book is a major undertaking and one that\u2019s getting talked about a lot these days. It seems more and more people are writing books.<\/p>\n

I never thought I\u2019d write one. It wasn\u2019t something I felt compelled to do, but then something changed, and my first stand-alone book is right now, as we speak, being shopped out to see if I can find a publisher. (I\u2019ll keep you informed)<\/p>\n

In the meantime, if you\u2019re looking for a great read that will help you in your life and business, I recommend you order Karolyn\u2019s book as soon as you finish reading this\u2026<\/p>\n
