Or, do you let all the distractions of the day affect you?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Do you let the phone ringing or emails, or Facebook take you away from the things you want and need to get done, or can you stay in the moment?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I&#8217;m not talking about focus per say. I&#8217;m talking about being in the moment.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Being fully present\u2026no matter where you are or what you\u2019re doing.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Another way to look at this is by thinking about being mindful as being the opposite of being on autopilot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Have you ever driven somewhere and gotten to your destination only to wonder how you got there?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>We all have. That\u2019s not being present\u2026it\u2019s just the opposite\u2026it\u2019s being on autopilot so much that you could almost be somewhere else \u2013 at least your mind could be \u2013 while you were driving.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">It\u2019s the same in your business\u2026your mind needs you to be there so it can grow.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Your team needs you to be there so you can lead them.
