\"\"<\/a>This is a fun time of the year to be a business owner and to watch what people do and don\u2019t do.<\/p>\n

For example, are you taking time during the last 2 weeks of the year to plan for 2019, or are you taking some time off to be with friends and family? You might even just be working, as usual.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Do you spend time figuring out what your word of the year is going to be for next year?<\/p>\n

Is it about endings or new beginnings for you?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s just interesting and fun to watch \u2013 some people do the same things every year and others change it up.<\/p>\n

I’m going to challenge you to at the very least spend an hour or so thinking about and maybe even writing down some of the lessons you learned this year\u2026lessons you can take into 2019, and beyond.<\/p>\n

Here are a few of mine\u2026<\/p>\n

1) I’m tougher than I give myself credit for<\/strong>\u2026as in I can handle a lot and manage to find my way through without losing myself
\n2) Small changes make BIG differences<\/strong> \u2013 in our\u00a0lives and out businesses. You don\u2019t have to\u00a0trash what you have and start completely over
\n3) Learning to Let Go is necessary and important<\/strong>\u2026Sometimes that includes people who were once\u00a0very important in your life<\/p>\n

I’m going to leave it at those 3 for now\u2026there are more and they will go into my journal where I can ponder them and work on making things better. It doesn\u2019t do you any good to figure these things out if you don\u2019t move forward and keep working on yourself and your business.<\/p>\n

Enjoy the last 11 days of 2018 no matter what you\u2019re doing. One thing is for sure\u2026time is the one thing you can\u2019t get back \u2013 don\u2019t waste it!<\/p>\n
