Easier said than done, you say\u2026it\u2019s not hard, but like\neverything it takes some time, attention and purposeful work to get out of the\nhabit of talking to yourself in a way you would NEVER dream of talking to\nANYBODY ELSE\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nOne of the reasons I love going to Planet Fitness is because every time I walk\ninto the gym, I am reminded of those things\u2026for an hour or so out of my day. They\nare so serious about their Judgement Free Zones, that it\u2019s in big letters on\ntheir walls, every piece of equipment has one of those sayings on it, and it\u2019s\npart of their overall company culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why not make those same things a part of your life\u2019s\nculture?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the course of the last year or so, I\u2019ve noticed more\nand more the business owners and entrepreneurs I talk to seem to be struggling\nwith negative thoughts and feelings. And, this is happening no matter where\nthey are in their journey \u2013 people just starting out to seasoned business\nowners, AND to very successful entrepreneurs who you might think have it ALL\ntogether and are living the lives of their dreams!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last week, at my event, it was the topic of a lot of\ndiscussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just last week I saw posts on Social Media from very\nsuccessful business owners who I respect a lot, talking about this very subject\nand sharing their stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s something we all have to address and work on and it\u2019s\nan ongoing process for most of us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just imagine, what it would be like, if every day you walked\ninto your office, and into your life and decided it would be a No Judgement\nZone, that No Critics were allowed, and that You Belong!  AND, what if all that applied to not only\nyourself but everyone else as well. How AWESOME would that be?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
