<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\nAre you surprised to see the new year has arrived each year and\nfeel like you\u2019re not ready for it or are you prepared and ready to launch into another\namazing year on January 2nd<\/sup>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n We tell ourselves all sorts of things to justify our\nactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n And, sometimes we just need to shift our Paradigm(s) to move\nto where we want to be. In other words, we just need to think things out for\nourselves instead of buying into the status quo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Think about it for a minute\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2026do you believe things just because \u201csomebody\u201d else told you\nor you heard somebody else say it? As opposed to the information being there\nbecause you know it to be true \u2013 for yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n You might think people won\u2019t pay certain fees. You might\nthink continuity programs aren\u2019t right for your business\u2026or that they aren\u2019t\nsuccessful anymore because they\u2019re a thing of the past. The list goes on and on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Think about how many things we now take for granted in our\nlives that didn\u2019t exist even 10 years ago. When I was in college a computer\ntook up an entire room. Now, we all have them sitting on our desks, in our\nhomes, and we carry them in briefcases\u2026and in our pockets, purses, and on our\nbelts \u2013 in the form of smartphones. That\u2019s just one small example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What I\u2019m really challenging you to do is to think for yourself. And, more importantly to challenge your own thinking and that of others. Make your own decisions and discover the \u201creal truth\u201d for yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Remember, just because something works, or doesn\u2019t work for\nsomebody else, doesn\u2019t mean it won\u2019t work for you. And, just because something\nworked, or didn\u2019t work, for you once, doesn\u2019t mean it won\u2019t work now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Try things.
