AND, you will have happier clients\u2026and your\nteam will be happier too. All of which will make you happier \u2013 and more\nprofitable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I recently had an experience when doing business with a\ncompany where my expectations of what they were going to provide and what they\nactually provided were very different.&nbsp;\nWhen I approached the business owner and inquired about my expectations\nI was told, \u201cOh, no, Diane, that isn\u2019t how this works.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>See, instead of putting the details in the agreement, like\nyou get X number of appointments with me every month, and this is how you reach\nus, and spelling out the details of the relationship, it was just about the\npayments.<br>\n<br>\nWhen you set the intention and the boundaries of how things will work from the\nvery beginning then there are no misunderstandings and ill feelings and losing\nclients can easily be prevented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you have a story of where setting intentions ahead of\ntime worked for you?
