And, as business\nowners, it doesn\u2019t allow us to do the very thing that is important for us\u2026it\ndoesn\u2019t allow us to grow (as people or as business owners).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asking yourself \u201cwho\u2019s missing\u201d will tell you a lot. Who\u2019s\nmissing or not represented in your company, or on your team \u2013 even if they are\nvirtual\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t get me wrong, you are still \u2013 ALWAYS \u2013 looking for the\nbest person you can hire who fits your needs. That will always be the case as a\nbusiness owner.&nbsp; AND, you can always take\nthe next step. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if it\u2019s something like when you attend and event or go\nto a mastermind meeting\u2026look around and see who you can visibly see who is\ndifferent from you or from the event promoter.
