You may or may not have noticed but there was no message from me last Thursday. You haven\u2019t heard from me since Memorial Day. And, it feels like that was a long time ago \u2013 to me.<\/p>\n

I have multiple newsletter messages ready for you\u2026 and NONE of them seem appropriate at this very moment. So, they\u2019re in my computer and you may get them at some point, and you may not.<\/p>\n

It just doesn\u2019t feel right to me right now to be talking to you about business and marketing and going on like business as usual when there is so much going on in the world.<\/p>\n

\"\"Don\u2019t worry, I\u2019m not going to get overly political or anything like that. I\u2019m feeling pretty tired right now. With all the virus stuff going on and then the events of last weekend in many places across the country, my energy is pretty low at the moment.<\/p>\n

If you want my commentary and ideas on all of that, you can go to my Facebook page and see my last few posts. Be warned\u2026 they are pretty long.<\/p>\n

For now, keep moving forward. And, remember, there is a lot going on right now and the world needs you so please make sure you spend some time taking care of you every day.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Self-care is important! And, that doesn\u2019t mean you have a license to eat poorly and drink more right now \u2013 that\u2019s not self-care.<\/p>\n

There isn\u2019t much stopping me from getting my workouts in right now. And, because I\u2019m not sleeping particularly well at night right now, I\u2019m giving myself the grace to stay in bed a bit longer than normal in the mornings if I\u2019m still tired.<\/p>\n

Finally, reach out to me if you need to. Need to talk, throw an idea off somebody, or just want a new or different perspective about something\u2026 I\u2019m here.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I\u2019m here for you and with you. We\u2019re not all in the same boat, but we are all experiencing the same storm. And sometimes, it\u2019 just helps to know you\u2019re not alone!<\/p>\n
