If you plan correctly there are very few things that will catch you off-guard.<\/strong><\/p>\n I always plan for as many contingencies as possible and then take things as they come.<\/p>\n Preparing gets you pretty far.<\/p>\n And there are always things popping up that you might not have expected or anticipated.<\/p>\n What do you do then?<\/p>\n Do you panic and get overwhelmed?<\/p>\n Or do you just go into problem-solving mode?<\/p>\n The quicker you can go into problem-solving mode, the faster things will get back to \u201cnormal\u201d. And you can get on with the day-to-day.<\/strong><\/p>\n Also, the more prepared you are, the less off course everything else will get while you\u2019re \u201cputting out the fire.\u201d<\/p>\n Life sometimes gets in the way of business.
