How many times a week do you hear yourself saying \u201cI\u2019ll just do it myself\u2026 it\u2019s faster\u2026 or that way I know it\u2019ll be done right\u201d or something like that?<\/p>\n

The highest and best use of your time.<\/p>\n

There are probably 3-5 things in your business that you should be doing. Things you\u2019re uniquely qualified to do\u2026 that you excel at, and you love doing.<\/p>\n

The rest you should automate, eliminate or delegate. Doing this helps you leverage as well as optimize your business.<\/p>\n

How much time do you spend looking at these things in your business? So many business owners are so busy doing things they never take time to look at improving their businesses\u2026 is that you?<\/p>\n
