<\/strong><\/p>\nHow<\/strong> do you keep going when \u201cyou got this\u201d is a question and not a statement?<\/p>\n I remember being stuck a few years ago.<\/p>\n I felt like nothing I did was working… at least not the way I wanted it too.<\/p>\n Business was stale and stuck, a relationship had ended, I was at my all-time highest weight and was feeling tired and sluggish all the time.<\/p>\n The worst part?<\/p>\n The snowball effect.<\/p>\n I let myself get caught up in the momentum of the avalanche and that negative snowball kept getting bigger and bigger and bigger…<\/p>\n … and it was moving faster and faster and faster.<\/p>\n But on the outside…<\/p>\n Whenever anybody asked me how things were or how I was doing, I always smiled and said, \u201cI\u2019m great, how about you?\u201d.<\/p>\n It was embarrassing.<\/p>\n I was hiding.<\/p>\n Most of all I was frustrated.<\/p>\n I, mistakenly, thought after being in business for 25+ years (at that point) that I shouldn\u2019t have struggles, doubts, or times when things didn\u2019t seem to be going my way.<\/p>\n Wasn\u2019t I supposed to have it all figured out?<\/p>\n Looking back, I know how silly… stupid that was.<\/p>\n But at the time, I couldn\u2019t move past where I was and how I was feeling.<\/p>\n I was searching.<\/p>\n I finally decided to talk to my business coach about how I was feeling.<\/p>\n Not only was there help in having a different perspective than mine, but there was huge relief in the fact that somebody else believed in me.<\/p>\n And that belief \u2013 that somebody else had in me when mine was waning \u2013 was enough to get me through that struggle, that challenging time.<\/p>\n One of the things that helped me the most during that time was being present.<\/p>\n Being present changes everything.<\/strong><\/p>\n Propel yourself forward by being present.<\/strong><\/p>\n When you\u2019re present you see things from where you are…<\/p>\n Not from where you\u2019ve been.<\/p>\n And it allows you to move forward from a new place.<\/strong> It took shifting, modifying, asking questions, being real (with myself first).<\/p>\n Too many times, we\u2019re harder on ourselves than we are on anybody else.<\/p>\n I know I was\/am.<\/p>\n It\u2019s funny, but when I realized nobody expected me to be perfect except me, everything changed.<\/p>\n Sometimes you just need a different perspective to help propel you forward.<\/p>\n Small shifts can make huge changes<\/strong> \u2013 in your business, in your mindset, in your profits, and in how you feel.<\/p>\n You Got This!<\/strong><\/p>\n I believe in you!<\/strong><\/p>\n W.
