Why is a marketer, a coach, a strategist and implementation specialist talking about happiness?<\/p>\n

As much as I\u2019m known for all of those things, I also do a lot of work around mindset with clients.\"\"<\/p>\n

And I\u2019m constantly working on my own mindset with books, tapes, seminars and more.<\/p>\n

Staying positive isn\u2019t always easy in today\u2019s world\u2026<\/p>\n

And owning a business further complicates things sometimes.<\/p>\n

So, I decided to share with you 4 keys to being happy (yes, there are more, but these are ones I\u2019ve found extremely helpful \u2013 especially as a business owner).<\/p>\n

1) Happiness cannot begin without removing unhelpful<\/strong> thoughts, people, and actions from your life and business.<\/p>\n

\u2714\ufe0f Your thoughts<\/strong> are the drivers of your life.
\n\u2714\ufe0f Your friend<\/strong> group is a glimpse into your future.<\/strong>
\n\u2714\ufe0f What you practice<\/strong> becomes your habits.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2) Happiness starts with an intentional pursuit<\/strong> of something.
\n(goals, an objective, and end result that drives you, etc.)<\/p>\n

\u2714\ufe0f Everything<\/strong> you need for life including happiness is found
\ninside of you.
\n(It\u2019s already there\u2026 stop looking outside yourself)<\/p>\n

3) Happiness grows through practice\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yep\u2026 you have to practice being happy!
\n\u2714\ufe0f Growth happens best by taking consistent<\/strong> steps<\/p>\n

4) Happiness is sustained and multiplied<\/strong> when you invest time in it.<\/p>\n

\u2714\ufe0f Gives you the permanence of joy.<\/strong>
\n\u2714\ufe0f Gives you the satisfaction of achievement.<\/strong>
\n\u2714\ufe0f Gives you a distinct advantage<\/strong> in all areas of your life.<\/p>\n

\"\"Your path to happiness can last forever.<\/p>\n

Your path to happiness is up to you\u2026 no matter what else is happening in the world or in your life.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t get me wrong\u2026<\/p>\n

You\u2019re not going to be happy every minute of the day.<\/p>\n

Things are going to happen that will take you a little while to recover from.<\/p>\n

And it won\u2019t always be easy\u2026<\/p>\n

And you can do it!<\/strong><\/p>\n
