I need to take more vacations\u2026<\/p>\n
How about you?<\/p>\n
I\u2019ve heard it said that if you love your life and what you do you don\u2019t need vacations, but I disagree.<\/p>\n
Time away. In a different atmosphere. Letting your mind flow and be free.<\/p>\n
It builds creativity and allows your mind to go to places it doesn\u2019t usually go.<\/p>\n
And even though you aren\u2019t sleeping in your own bed and you\u2019re out of your routines, my body always feels so rested when I return.<\/p>\n
I think one of the main reasons I always feel this way is I totally unplug.<\/p>\n
No emails.
\nNo social media.
\nNo client work.
\nNo calls.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s freeing\u2026<\/p>\n
Are you able to go away for a week (or more) and completely detach?<\/p>\n
Or are you constantly checking email and text messages and getting interrupted?<\/p>\n
If you can\u2019t get away and really take time off without checking in, I\u2019d love to chat with you \u2013 I can help. My clients are doing it too \u2013 many who never dreamed they\u2019d be able to do it.<\/p>\n
