Well\u2026 March Madness is over\u2026<\/p>\n

Did you team win?<\/p>\n

I love the unpredictability of the tournament. The teams that upset favorites or higher ranked teams. The teams who\u2019ve never been to a tournament before and suddenly win a game or two.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s why they play the games and don\u2019t just declare a winner based on rankings.<\/p>\n

The \u201cbracket busters\u201d<\/strong> make it fun to watch. Especially when it means the typical schools that are in the final\u2019s year-after-year aren\u2019t. New teams, teams that are so excited to be there \u2013 it\u2019s just a different energy.<\/p>\n

What do you do in your business that busts brackets?<\/p>\n

Funny question?<\/p>\n

Maybe not\u2026<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re not pushing the envelope,<\/strong> doing new things<\/strong>, experimenting and always testing<\/strong> \u2013 even if it\u2019s just to try to beat your current control<\/strong> \u2013 you\u2019re probably falling behind. And you certainly aren\u2019t challenging yourself.<\/p>\n

Hey! I get it\u2026 it\u2019s easy to get a little complacent. Especially if you\u2019ve been doing what you\u2019re currently doing for a number of years.<\/p>\n

AND!!! There are so many new and exciting things<\/strong> out there and there are always new things coming out.<\/p>\n

Now\u2026 don\u2019t get me wrong, I\u2019m not saying you should have Bright Shiny Object Syndrome. Not at all. But you should be testing things that make sense for you (at least once a quarter).<\/p>\n

Shake things up a little bit once in a while.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t be the farm\u2026 just test things and see what happens\u2026<\/p>\n

You might find something that saves you hours<\/strong> every day (or every week) that you wouldn\u2019t have otherwise known about.<\/p>\n

Open your mind and just do it!!<\/strong><\/p>\n
