Have you ever had one of those days where you experienced the highest high and the lowest low all within a few hours of each other?<\/span><\/p>\n

Ever have one of those in your business?<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019ve been in business for any length of time you\u2019ve experienced this\u2026 at least once.\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

The question is what do you do?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Do you focus on the high or the low?<\/span><\/p>\n

Do you sit around and beat yourself up and waste time trying to \u201cfix\u201d the low or do you just move on and focus on the high?<\/span><\/p>\n

Human nature tends to have us focusing on the low, how we can fix it, what went wrong, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

I say \u201cflip it\u201d!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Focus on the high, on what went right, on how you can have and do more of that!<\/span><\/p>\n

Move forward!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Sure\u2026 learn from your mistakes.<\/strong> Do better.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just don\u2019t live there. Don\u2019t stay there.<\/span><\/p>\n

And, sometimes, whatever happened, happened for your good. There was nothing you could have done to change it anyway.<\/span><\/p>\n

You didn\u2019t do anything wrong.<\/span><\/p>\n

So focus on the good stuff<\/strong> that\u2019s happening.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leave the rest behind.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

That\u2019s how you truly move forward.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sometimes, that thing you thought you lost in the low actually happened as a positive in your life, not a negative.<\/span><\/p>\n

Think about it\u2026 if the positive\/high thing was true (and it was or it wouldn\u2019t have happened), then the low or not-so-positive thing probably isn\u2019t true \u2013 at least not how you\u2019re constructing it in your mind.<\/span><\/p>\n

Analyze \u2013 Learn \u2013 Move Forward!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
