She was mad and frustrated.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

She sat in the very back of the room for the entire 3-day event\u2026 with her arms crossed and with her eyebrows furrowed in anger and disbelief.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

She said, \u201cIf you can help me make $5,000 a month and get out of debt, I want you to be my coach.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

She was skeptical.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

I had to prove I wasn\u2019t like the other \u201ccoach\u201d she\u2019d worked with.<\/span><\/p>\n

She had the trappings of success. She was well known in her industry. She\u2019d written 5 books. She was traveling around speaking. She had been in business for 15 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

And she wasn\u2019t making any money!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

She wanted a change\u2026 so we changed her business model.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

No more traveling<\/strong> and schlepping all over the country to speak.<\/span><\/p>\n

No more writing books.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

She had several ideas for a continuity\/membership program.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

She upgraded her coaching package.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the meantime, one of the products she had been selling was no longer available to her, so she<\/strong> manufactured her own.<\/strong> From new product design, to mold, to packing and graphics, and onto the shelves. She sold a lot of them and then sold that company.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We worked together, planned a couple of membership programs before we settled on one.<\/span><\/p>\n

She was almost certain it wasn\u2019t going to work. There was nothing like it in her industry\u2026 and people in her industry certainly wouldn\u2019t pay that much on an ongoing basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

$29.95 a month \u2013 she agreed to try it.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was an immediate and huge success\u2026<\/strong> and it continued to be.\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

We had far surpassed the $5,000 a month.<\/span><\/p>\n

$262,464 in her first year!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Upwards from there.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

She was changing. She was happier.<\/strong> She was making money.<\/strong> And she was continually surprised when her programs and new offerings were as successful as they were.<\/span><\/p>\n

She decided she wanted to phase the program out after 5 years<\/strong> of monthly offerings.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, we put that plan together.<\/span><\/p>\n

She could see retirement in sight,<\/strong> so we planned for that.<\/span><\/p>\n

She stopped her membership program in December of year 5 and started a much scaled down version in January of the following year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now she\u2019s working just a few hours a day, not on the weekends,<\/strong> is traveling and enjoying life more and more.<\/span><\/p>\n

As retirement is in sight and she\u2019s cutting back, our formal coaching time has come to an end.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eight years and six months to the day later\u2026<\/span><\/strong>
\nShe\u2019s extremely thankful.<\/span><\/strong>
\nI\u2019m honored and blessed<\/strong> to have been a part of it.<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s not the end\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s a new beginning\u2026<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Because we\u2019re friends.<\/span><\/p>\n

We saw each other go through a lot in that time. Changes, deaths, challenges, health issues, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n

8.5 years<\/strong> (to the day)\u2026 from frustrated and not making money to retirement!<\/span><\/p>\n

I\u2019m so proud<\/strong> of her!<\/span><\/p>\n

And amazed!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
