It seems like there\u2019s a phenomenon that happens when you reach a certain level (or age) that makes us reflect and look at what we\u2019re doing, how we\u2019re doing it, what\u2019s important and so on when we reach certain points or milestones.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s happening a lot right now, but not many people are talking about it publicly.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

There\u2019s a difference between shifting and pivoting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pivoting<\/strong> is staying relatively close to where you are now and just doing things differently or veering off just a little bit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shifting<\/strong> might mean that you take a completely different road than you\u2019ve been on. Or it might also mean that you just veer off to the right or left slightly at the fork in the road.<\/span><\/p>\n

One isn\u2019t better than the other \u2013 they\u2019re just different.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

And, you might find that you want to do both \u2013 or neither.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
