<\/p>\nMany times, there\u2019s a big difference between doing what\u2019s easy and doing what\u2019s necessary \u2013 or doing what will make the biggest change or impact.<\/p>\n
This is true in life as well as in business.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s easy to do what\u2019s simple and easy. You can stay in your comfort zone and not much, if anything, has to change. You just tool along doing what you always do \u2013 that doesn\u2019t change anything.<\/p>\n
Comfortable should be the most uncomfortable place you ever are. Comfortable should scare you. Comfortable isn\u2019t where change and growth take place.<\/p>\n
You almost always have to get a little uncomfortable to move to the next step in anything.<\/p>\n
Whether it\u2019s starting something new or taking what you\u2019re currently doing to the next level, it\u2019s unfamiliar so it\u2019s usually scary. When fear gets into the game, unpredictable things usually start to happen. And it\u2019s then that we start to question and ask ourselves if it\u2019s really worth the pain and the struggle.<\/p>\n
You have choices.<\/p>\n
You can quit and go back to how things were \u2013 stick with the status quo and simply get by being comfortable.<\/p>\n
You can quit altogether\u2026if that\u2019s an option for you. Quitting has never been an option for me.<\/p>\n
Or you can do whatever it takes! Get the job done\u2026no matter what!<\/p>\n
The good news is, no matter what you choose, it\u2019s up to you. You\u2019re in control of that part.<\/p>\n
I have always been afraid of quitting. My fear of quitting stems from the idea that what if I quit, turn and walk away and the very next step I would have taken or the next thing I did was the very thing that catapulted me to the success I was looking for. That one thought is enough to keep me going. To keep me striving. To keep me focused on doing whatever it takes.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s sort of like being at a crossroads\u2026or the fork in the road.<\/p>\n
YOU have to decide. You and only you!<\/p>\n
Nobody ever changed the world by doing what was easy.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s easy to turn your back, to look away, to stay in your comfort zone, to do what you\u2019ve always done, to put your head down, and to stay locked inside your safe environment.<\/p>\n
But safety isn\u2019t why you\u2019re here. Safe isn\u2019t why you play the game. If you wanted to be safe, you probably wouldn\u2019t have started your own business. You certainly wouldn\u2019t be an entrepreneur.<\/p>\n
Throw safety out the window\u2026<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s go change the world!<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s go make a difference!<\/p>\n
