<\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\nThe easiest<\/strong> promises to break are the ones you make to yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n They are also the costliest<\/strong> ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You may not recognize them as costly because it\u2019s easy<\/strong> to look away, to divert your eyes, to be in denial.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The worst<\/strong> way to break the promises you made to yourself is by putting others before you.
