I went to Ohio last weekend for my high school reunion. We\u2019ve had one every 5 years since high school (because we have the best class president on the planet).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I was sitting in the Dayton airport waiting on an airplane to arrive (there were massive weather delays due to storms in Atlanta) I looked up and, on the wall, there was a big sign that said\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n

I wondered how many thousands of people walk past that sign every week and never read it, pay attention to it, or even think about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was especially interesting was about an hour later, I was on Facebook and a friend put a post up that she was going to start watching what she was putting in her mouth starting 2 weeks from then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I asked why she wasn\u2019t starting now, she replied that there was food in the freezer that needed to be eaten. (You\u2019ll be surprised to know I didn\u2019t reply)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I see this all the time in business. People have all kinds of \u201creasons\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 read Excuses<\/strong> \u2013 why they don\u2019t do things, why they don\u2019t start and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We put things off because we think we have time\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2026but you never know how much time you really have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, in business, things are moving faster than ever<\/strong> right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The problem with thinking you\u2019ll start tomorrow (or at a later date) is there will almost always be something that gets in the way. <\/strong>Something else will come up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another priority<\/strong> will pop up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You just have to start!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, stop waiting until everything is perfect,<\/strong> or for the perfect time\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because it never will be.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start NOW!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, if you need help starting now \u2013 and then staying on track, on the path, without making excuses as to why you can\u2019t, then we should talk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
