Entrepreneurs- Create a Mature Business and Get Your Life Back

What is a mature business? A “mature business” is one that runs like a well-oiled machine- with clear systems and processes that can be replicated over and over.  Decisions are made easily and efficiently and the lines of accountability and authority are clear.

The business is highly profitable and the team members are happy because they are working in their strengths and what is expected of them is clear.  Communication flows easily and efficiently within the business.  And the owner no longer works all the time.  S/he has a life outside of work and appreciates the freedom that comes from running a streamlined, efficient, mature business.

What are your “next steps” to create a more mature business?  Take the time to think through this and work with your coach to get there.  Success isn’t just about money- it’s about having the time and freedom to live the life you want.  Streamlining and creating a mature business is how you get there.
