The Marketing Triangle – Part 2, Message

Your MESSAGE to your MARKET is important! AND, you don’t have to be a world class copywriter to connect in the right way with your audience. If you have your target MARKET right, your message only has to be GOOD for you to make a BIG impact and A LOT of money (at the same time).

Defining your IDEAL, TARGET MARKET was the first step.

The second part is making sure your MESSAGE…

  1. Resonates With Your MARKET
  2. Tells Them What You Want Them To Do
  3. Is Clear And Concise

Talking to the right people (MARKET), with the right MESSAGE is the KEY to success in this area.

My dad used to say, “Diane, it’s not so much WHAT you say as HOW you say it.” (I never liked it when he said it to me, but he was a least partly right)

BOTH are important…

Your MESSAGE is about BOTH what you say and how you say it!

Remember…a GOOD MESSAGE to the right MARKET is more important than a world class message to the WRONG Market.  This truly is a case where good enough is good enough (PS – that doesn’t mean I’m encouraging you to put our crap – I’m not – that’s never ok. What I AM saying is get your MESSAGE out there and see how it’s received before you think it’s perfect because many times if you wait, your Message will NEVER get out AND that doesn’t help anyone).
